A project ‘Purified Residence’ is a private residental villa created by China design studio Wei Yi International Design Associates. This is when the name of the project speaks for itself.
In addition to the 740 square meters of the residence, there is an extra area in the 400 square meters of outdoor space.
To achieve this, the team of designers led by Shin-Yuan Fang focused on the development of each floor of the house as a separate allotted space, keeping the overall minimalist style that pervades the entire project. On this basis, at the entrance to the first floor residents and guests of the house meet simplicity pacified with the abundant natural light flowing from the large windows overlooking the courtyard. The design of the ground floor is dominated by white palette. In contrast, there is a matte gray walls and black accent details such as leather sofas and chrome.
The same ease, is reflected in the selection of all the elements of furniture.
From it there are two elements — the first most noticeable huge boxes, which occupy the central part of the first floor, dividing it into several sections — living room, reading room, kitchen and dining room. The second element is the chandeliers. One is similar to the halo located above the table, and the second is designed to illuminate the stairs, resembling a multi-faceted star.
